    • Job brief with Technical Expert – Our Technical Expert will ask more thorough questions on the technologies needed, in a similar manner to if they were applying for the job themselves. Before any information is exploited, we have them sign an NDA to cover all legal aspects
    • Recruitment sourcing: Existing Network, Advertisement, LinkedIn, Referrals
    • Impactive Technical Briefing – We discuss the relevant skills with the candidates that they need also what the role is. This is done with our recruitment & technical experts.

    From this method we have found that both our candidates and clients are more comfortable with the process as it reduces the number of unnecessary interviews and submissions occurring.
